With practise, all items will fit into a 40 to 50 litre alpiniste compression
strap style rucksack.
You may have items you want to bring with you which are not listed
above, in which case please bring them with you.
Your course is completely self-catering, so please ensure you have
enough food to cater for your needs for the entire five-day course.
Please remember to bring a dish towel, bath towel and wash kit, plus
personal clothing for wearing indoors; especially soft shoes for travelling
on a daily basis.
